Perspektiv develops brand for Vision Express initiative

Perspektiv has helped Vision Express develop a brand identity for its new contact lens home delivery service scheme.
 
Perspektiv worked closely with Vision Express to arrive at a new name for the service – Contact7 - which highlights the seven key benefits that it provides to customers. They also developed designs for new packaging for this service as well as supporting marketing material including a new quarterly magazine that is mailed to all home delivery contact lens customers.
 
“We’re not the first opticians to offer home delivery but we feel our scheme is by far the best and it has only been strengthened by adding home delivery”, says Amanda King, contact lens category manager at Vision Express. “The name Contact7 not only represents the freedom that wearing contact lenses offers seven days a week, but also reiterates the seven benefits that our direct debit contact lens scheme offers.”
 
“We have been working with Vision Express for over three years, managing their design needs and direct mail, such as issuing bi-annual reminders to customers informing them that their eye examination is due. Through our continued relationship, we are delighted to have been appointed to work with them on this exciting new initiative”, said Helen Preston, Senior Account Manager at Perspektiv.
