LEPRA Health in Action
Lepra gave us the opportunity to design their Christmas appeal in 2008. We had been doing print with Lepra for 8 years and due to our design credentials, we were a natural choice. The donor base had been dwindling for years with the average age around 70. They were looking to generate more income from a younger generation.
We created an impactful, colourful direct mail piece, with engaging copy. The envelope carried a hard hitting message, appealing to the recipient. The letter and response card were personalised. The prompt amounts and gift aid were variable, based on previous communication and response. We also included a Christmas tree decoration. The response rate was up by 8%.
